Cancellation Policy

50% refund up until 90 days prior to arrival

A reservation is officially canceled when the guest contacts Amallini Suites by email or by completing the contact form.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 90 full days prior to local check in time (3:00 PM) on the day of check in.

If the guest cancels less than 90 days in advance, the nights are not refunded.

If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The owner might require a security deposit to cover the cost of any damages or breakages. The deposit will be collected by the owner on your arrival at the property and is usually €300 – €1.000. You will be advised of this at the time of booking. Please ensure you have this amount of money ready when you arrive.

The deposit is refunded to you by the owner at the end of your stay subject to an inspection of the property for damage.

Booking Rules

Payment Types

1) Total price of the property rental.
2) A deposit of 50% of the property rental and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date.
If the booking takes place 45 days or less, prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
3) All guests must be at least at the age of 25 at the time of check in.
4) House keeping is not included. Available upon request at an additional cost.
